Heliophanus cupreus (Walckenaer, 1802)
Description
Tibial apophysis with a fine, hook-shaped and a long, pointed process. Embolus long. Prosoma black, shiny metallic and with white hairs, anterior margin bright, sometimes with 1-2 bright pairs of spots posteriorly. Legs light yellow, with black longitudinal stripes (rarely uniformly dark). Opisthosoma grey-black, shining metallic and with white hairs.
Body length male: 3.6-4.0 mmBody length female: 4.6-5.8 mm
Additional information
In damp places on low vegetation of meadows, forest edges and glades, in dry places on conifers
