Pellenes diagonalis (Simon, 1868)
Description
Male
Prosoma dorsally rusty brown, eye field black, three white spots in the face, two curved white bands from eyes to retrolateral edges. Opisthosoma dorsally brown with short, white, discontinuous median stripe and small white triangles. Palp: tegular apophysis flag-like and covering the embolus, cymbium with horizontal depression.
Body length male: 5.5 mmFemale
Prosoma dorsally dark rusty brown with black margin with white hairs. Head plate and eye field shiny black, with white pattern. Opisthosoma dorsally rusty brown with fine, light orange dot pattern, medial and lateral wide bands of white hairs. Legs orange-brown and dark brown spotted.
