Neriene emphana  (Walckenaer, 1841)

Description

Male palp yellow-brown, lamella large and broad. Cymbium light brown. Epigyne with 2 depressions in anterior part. Prosoma yellowish to light brown, with weak grey median band from eyes to fovea and diffuse grey lateral band. Sternum dark brown to black. Chelicerae light brown, males: orange-brown. Legs yellowish to light brown, Metatarsus and Tarsus light brown. Opisthosoma with 4 black transverse stripes dorsally in posterior third, white in remaining area.

Body length male: 3.6-4 mm
Body length female: 4-6.5 mm
