Yllenus arenarius Simon, 1868

Description

Male palp with very large conductor. Tibial apophysis very large. Prosoma with steeply ascending clypeus, covered with coloured scale hairs.

Body length male: 4.3-6.2 mm
Body length female: 5.9-6.9 mm
Additional information

Medium-sized species, coloured cryptically and hardly detectable in natural habitat, on sandy and scarcely overgrown ground, mostly dunes on sea beach.
