Enoplognatha latimana Hippa & Oksala, 1982
Description
Male
Conductor with slightly spirally twisted tip. Radix of male palp larger than median apophysis (in ventral view). Prosoma 1.6-2.4 mm long. Chelicerae with one large tooth and small teeth.
Body length male: 3-5 mmFemale
Epigyne strongly sclerotised laterally on posterior margin. Epigynal groove approximately as long as wide. Prosoma 1.5-2.3 mm long. Colouration as in E. ovata, but usually without red markings and with fewer, or no black spots.
Body length female: 4-6 mmAdditional information
In varied, more or less open habitats, heathlands, field shrubs, grasslands, cultivated lands, on low vegetation and bushes.
