Description
Male

Prosoma and sternum light brown to brown, lateral and posterior part granulated. Legs yellow to brown, somewhat darker near articulations. Opisthosoma dorsally white, with black band-like pattern, anterior part brownish, posterior part black and lateral part greyish with some dark markings, venter light, sometimes with dark markings.

Body length male: 6.0-8.8 mm
Female

Prosoma and sternum light brown to brown. Legs yellow to brown, somewhat darker near articulations.Opisthosoma blackish, anterior and anterior-lateral part surrounded by a broad creamy white band, lateral part with some white spots, venter usually light with 2 parallel black bars.

Body length female: 7.7-10.6 mm
Additional information

Webs are found under overhanging rocks, and on low bushes.
