Gonatium orientale  Fage, 1931

Description
Male

Resembles G. rubellum and G. geniculosum. Prosoma orange-brown, with darker markings and margins. Raised anteriorly in the male, with short sulci behind the lateral eyes. Opisthosoma grey-pink. Sternum red-brown. Legs orange. Palp: tibial basal lateral apophysis long and curved distally.

Prosoma length: 1.4 mm.

Body length male: 2.9 mm
Female

Resembles G. rubellum and G. geniculosum. Colouration as in males. Epigyne: genital openings near to the spermathecae and anterior septum narrow.

Prosoma length: 1.3-1.6 mm.

Body length female: 3-3.7 mm
