Macrargus carpenteri  (O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1895)

Description

Male palp with distally straight lamina. Vulva with posteriorly convex scapus. Prosoma brown, with black margin. Sternum black. Chelicerae dark brown. Legs brown, tinged with black, robust. Opisthosoma dark grey to black, ventrally darker.

Body length male: 2.5-3 mm
Body length female: 2.5-3 mm
Additional information

frequent species in dry forests, mostly pinewoods
