Agyneta cauta  (O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1903)

Description
Male

Paracymbium basally without tooth. Prosoma reddish brown, margin darkened. Sternum red-brown. Chelicerae without denticles. Legs brown, tibia and metatarsus darker. Opisthosoma almost black.

Body length male: 2-3 mm
Female

Epigyne with median plate furcated V-like posteriorly (arrow). Note the height of the visible part of the epigynal entrance duct compared to A. decora.

Body length female: 2-3 mm
Additional information

in humid moss, in forest edges and in bogs.
