Helophora insignis (Blackwall, 1841)
Description
Male palp with strikingly long lamella. Tibia with short bitubercular cone. Epigyne elongated toward posterior end, lying close to opisthosoma. Prosoma yellow to orange-brown, with dark margin. Sternum yellow, blackish tinged with dark margin. Chelicerae yellow, robust. Legs yellow, long and thin. Opisthosoma light grey with dark pattern, dorsally with several transverse stripes in posterior half, ventrally with 2 longitudinal stripes.
