Hahnia helveola Simon, 1875
Description
Male palp with slender patellar apophysis, distally hook-like bent. Cymbium longish oval. Tibial apophysis strongly bent, sickle-shaped, its end reaching approximately the middle of tibia. Epigyne with X-shaped entrance ducts shining through. Prosoma yellow-brown, with distinct spot in foveal region. Metatarsus III and IV distally with several spines. Opisthosoma pale yellow with dark chevrons.
Body length male: 2.2-2.5 mmBody length female: 2.4-3.0 mm
Additional information
In forests, bogs, heathland and coastal habitats.
