Bulb: theridiid tegular apophysis bifid, median apophysis sickle-shaped with pointed tip. Prosoma 0.65-0.76 mm long. Characters as in female.
Body length male: 1.6-1.7 mmEpigyne: median depression appears to be relatively smaller in T. hannoniae than in T. pyrenaeum. Prosoma yellowish brown to dark brown, 0.62-0.86 mm long. Sternum uniform dark red-brown. Legs grey-white to yellowish, distinctly annulated. Opisthosoma variable, grey with folium or dark grey, brighter spots, ventrally grey with 2 brighter spots anterior of spinnerets.
Body length female: 1.6-2.4 mmAlmost always among large stones, in scree slopes, quarries, dykes on river banks and dry chalk rocks. Altitude up to 2000 m.
