Male palp with simple tegular apophysis. Tibial apophysis straight, pointed, lateral bulge with indicated tip. Epigyne with broad median plate. Prosoma brown, rarely lighter yellowish. Male: with slightly elevated head region, with small protuberance behind eyes. Sternum brown, with a tinge of black. Chelicerae brown, robust. Anterior cheliceral furrow margin with 5 denticles. Legs yellow-brown, robust. Opisthosoma brownish dark grey to almost black, rarely with brighter stripes or spots.
Body length male: 2.5-3 mmin very humid moss, mostly at shadowed places, from the plain to low mountain range
