Zodarion remotum  Denis, 1935

Description

Embolus with broad base, abruptly tapering, needle-like. Epigyne with rectangular posterior median plate. Vulva with circular spermathecae. Prosoma brown to dark brown with dark markings. Legs yellowish orange. Opisthosoma dark purple-brown, ventrally pale yellowish. Tibial apophysis broad at base, with large basal tooth and bluntly pointed tip.

Body length male: 2.1-2.8 mm
Body length female: 3.3-3.4 mm
