Tibial apophysis with several teeth on margin. Epigyne with small, quadrangular median plate.

Body length male: 1.1 mm

The figures by Locket & Millidge (1953) sub Mecopisthes pusillus show Mecopisthes peusi Wunderlich, 1972.
