Thanatus striatus  C. L. Koch, 1845

Description

Secondary tibial apophysis ventrally, long, flat. Embolus with whip-like tip. Body and legs sand-coloured, with vague pattern consisting of brown spots.

Body length male: 3-4.2 mm
Body length female: 3.9-6.8 mm
Additional information

often relatively frequent in damp meadows, on sea coasts, in swamps. Overwinters as subadult-adult, so adults already occur early in the year (March)
