Clubiona similis L. Koch, 1867
Description
Tibial apophysis with U-shaped projecting branch, broadened and indented at tip. Copulatory opening (in contrast to the drawing by Wiehle) more slit-like than round. Prosoma yellow-red. Chelicerae dark. Legs yellowish. Opisthosoma grey-red, with light hairs.
Body length male: 3.0-4.0 mmBody length female: 8.0-7.9 mm
Additional information
on low vegetation in damp localities
Many records, especially outside the high mountains and at the river banks at the rivers coming from them, presumably belong to Clubiona frisia
