Callilepis nocturna  (Linnaeus, 1758)

Beschreibung

Epigyne mit durchgehendem Vorderrand. Prosoma rotbraun oder dunkel- bis schwarzbraun. Opisthosoma graubraun mit 5 hellen Flecken.

Körperlänge Männchen: 2.8-4.7 mm
Körperlänge Weibchen: 3.8-5.9 mm
Zusätzliche Informationen

An trockenen und sonnenexponierten, häufig vegetationsfreien Standorten, im Gebirge bis 2200 m. Auf Ameisen als Beute spezialisiert, die angesprungen und mit einem Biss in die Fühlerbasis gelähmt werden, tagaktiv mit Aktivitätsmaximum vormittags, ameisenähnliches Laufverhalten. Sackartige Übernachtungsnester unter Steinen, Holz etc.
