Pardosa monticola (Clerck, 1757)
Description
Male
Male palp with small and slender terminal apophysis.
Prosoma with bright, continuous lateral stripes. Prosoma length: 2.3-2.7 mm. Legs light brown, dorsally spotted, ± annulated (mainly tibia and metatarsus III-IV). Opisthosoma brown with striking, reddish arrow-shaped stripe, yellowish reddish spots and black points posteriorly.
Female
Epigyne with ± parallel margins of septum, or slightly broadened posteriorly. Septum longer than wide.

In dry and humid habitats, up to 2000 m.
