Phycosoma inornatum  (O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1861)

Description

Embolus bent. Epigyne with groove near epigastric furrow, entrance ducts simple, arc-shaped, visible through the epigyne. Prosoma light brown. Male: somewhat elevated. Sternum yellow. Chelicerae light brown. Legs red-yellow. Tibia completely brown or at least on distal end. Opisthosoma grey-yellow to almost black.

Body length female: 2-3 mm
Additional information

Amongst grass of open forest areas, less frequent on trees and rocks; at grass and shrubs at a rocky creek
