Dolomedes fimbriatus (Clerck, 1757)
Beschreibung
Pedipalpus mit parallelseitiger medianer Bulbusapophyse. Tibialapophyse ± spitz und am Rand nie eingekerbt. Embolus basal ohne Fortsatz. Epigyne mit gleichmässig dunkel und behaartem Mittelteil, in seiner vorderen Hälfte 2 helle Flecken.
Körperlänge Männchen: 9-15 mmKörperlänge Weibchen: 9-22 mm
Zusätzliche Informationen
In Sumpfgebieten, an stehenden und langsam fliessenden Gewässern, in Auwäldern, Bruchwäldern. Lauert auf der Wasseroberfläche in der Nähe von Pflanzen auf Insekten, Kaulquappen und kleine Fische, taucht bei Gefahr weg. Kokon (bis 1000 Eier) wird vom Weibchen bewacht, in Vegetation aufgehängt und mit Gespinst umgeben
