Monaeses paradoxus  (Lucas, 1846)

Description
Male

Body colouration yellowish brown, with distinct white markings as in females. Palp: retrolateral tibial apophysis characteristic.

Body length male: 5-6 mm
Female

Prosoma fawn to grey, mottled with black and white. Legs cream, mottled with grey and black, with numerous black hairs. Opisthosoma whitish, with white lateral lines, sometimes with broader, greyish mediolateral lines. Epigyne wider than long.
