Beschreibung
Männchen
Pedipalpus: Embolus sehr gerade. Prosoma 0.79 mm lang. Opisthosoma grau bis schwarz, normalerweise mit einem bis 5 helleren Flecken.
Körperlänge Männchen: 1.2-1.7 mmWeibchen
Epigyne: hinterer Bereich stark sklerotisiert und dunkelbraun. Prosoma gelb bis dunkelbraun, 0.91 mm lang. Opisthosoma grau-braun bis schwarz, Zeichnung variabel, mit einem zentralen, weisslichen Fleck und seitlichen, schwarzen Anhängen, manchmal Zeichnung wie bei T. gonygaster. Opisthosoma rhombenförmig, breiter als lang.

Diese Art stammt aus Nordamerika und ist daher nicht-einheimisch für Europa. Sie wurde mindestens einmal nach Europa eingeschleppt und hat sich etabliert.
