Rhomphaea rostrata (Simon, 1873)
Description
Male
Prosoma without tubercle. Prosoma 1-1.5 mm long. Opisthosoma narrow, with a very long posterior tubercle, cylindrical, part behind the spinnerets 3 or more times as long as the rest of opisthosoma, the end of tubercle is curved.
Female
Epigyne: deep and longitudinal furrow. Prosoma brownish, with a dark borderline, clypeus wide, almost horizontal. Prosoma 1.2 mm long. Sternum brown, with reddish spots. Legs whitish, with a ventral reddish line. Opisthosoma pale yellow, a little silvery, with 2 lateral greyish bands, ventrally brownish, with a very long posterior tubercle, cylindrical, part behind the spinnerets 3 times as long as the rest of opisthosoma.
