Description
Male

Palp: tibia apically with 2 short, curved spines, in the middle with 3 ventral, short tubercles bearing thin spines. Eyes: 4 very small eyes, or eyes absent.

Body length male: 1.9-2 mm
Female

Palpal tarsal claw with 5 or 6 teeth. Body and appendages pale. Eyes: 4 small eyes, the AME are absent, sometimes all eyes absent, posteriors at least 6 diameters from anteriors. Chelicerae: promargin with 9 or 10 teeth, retromargin with 7 to 9 teeth. Legs: spines as in S. inferna, metatarsus I slightly shorter than tibia I, longer than femur I. Opisthosoma oval, covered with numerous hairs.

Body length female: 2.6-2.7 mm
