Neottiura uncinata (Lucas, 1846)

Description
Male

Male palp with strongly developed bulbus. Cymbium long and straight. Prosoma dark brown or black, 1.2-1.6 mm long. Legs yellowish, coxa darker, femur with dark stripes. Opisthosoma with large tubercle, considerably high.

Body length male: 2.6-3.7 mm
Female

Prosoma brown with dark markings. Prosoma 1.1-1.3 mm long. Sternum brown. Legs light yellow, coxa and trochanter darker, femur with dark stripes.

Body length female: 3.2-3.4 mm
Additional information

In grasslands, dunes and in low vegetation. Females spin a small web on low vegetation. Egg sac globular, large, white.
