Trochosa spinipalpis (F. O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1895)
Beschreibung
Pedipalpus Männchen: Tibia ventral mit 6-15 starken Stacheln. Prosoma mit hellem, gelblichem Mittelband und dunklen lateralen Bändern, in vorderer Hälfte des hellen Mittelbandes 2 dunkle, länglich-ovale Streifen. Opisthosoma dunkelbraun-rötlich mit dunklem, undeutlich abgegrenztem Herzfleck.
Körperlänge Männchen: 6-8 mmKörperlänge Weibchen: 9-12 mm

Nachtaktiv, in feuchten Wiesen.
Diese Art kann Menschen beissen, vor allem, wenn das Tier versehentlich gequetscht wird. Der Biss ist schmerzhaft wie ein Wespenstich. Auch kann eine moderate lokale Schwellung und Rötung auftreten.
