Trochosa terricola  Thorell, 1856

Description

Embolus with circularly rolled-up tip. Prosoma with bright, yellowish median band and dark lateral bands, 2 dark, longish oval stripes in anterior half of bright median band. Opisthosoma reddish brown, cardiac mark of similar colour and vaguely marked off.

Body length male: 7-9 mm
Body length female: 7-14 mm
Additional information

active during the night, in shadowed habitats of middle humidity
