Alopecosa pinetorum (Thorell, 1856)
Description
Male
Prosoma red-brown, without lateral longitudinal stripes.
Prosoma length male: 5.1-5.5 mm. Legs reddish yellow. Femur I-IV with weak annulations. Tibia I-II with weak annulations. Tarsus with grey scopula. Opisthosoma ventrally red-brown.
Female
Prosoma length female: 5.4-5.8 mm.
Body length female: 12 mmAdditional information
In birch forests in North Europe, mostly in coniferous forests and bogs in Central and South Europe, especially on cool, shadowed northern slopes up to 2000 m
