Talavera monticola  (Kulczyński, 1884)

Description

Male palp with brown tegulum. Cymbium yellow, with white hairs. Embolus robust, ventrally bent. Prosoma light brown, eye region darker, clypeus white haired. Sternum brown. Chelicerae yellow, tinged with brown. Legs light brown, with annulations. Femur bluish brown. Opisthosoma brown with chevrons and spots. Spinnerets brown.

Body length male: 2.2-2.4 mm
Body length female: 2.4-2.9 mm
Additional information

(sub)alpine, in meadows, scree and heathland with small bushes
