Dysdera erythrina  (Walckenaer, 1802)

Description
Male

Bulb 1.4 mm long. Prosoma 3.8 mm long. Prosoma with parallel margins, head region slightly protruding. Sternum orange-brown to dark red-brown. Chelicerae with concave anterior cheliceral furrow margin.

Body length male: 6-8 mm
Female

Vulva rounded anteriorly in dorsal view, anterior process of receptaculum seminis often appearing bipartite outwardly, narrowed medially. Prosoma  4.1 mm long. Sternum almost smooth. Eyes: PME smallest, anteriors at the most one diameter apart. Chelicerae with 3 teeth. Legs: reddish yellow, femur spineless, tibia III with 6 or more spines, tibia IV with 7 or 8 spines, posterior metatarsus with numerous spines. Opisthosoma greyish or whitish, almost hairless.
