Male

Unknown.

Female

Prosoma dark brown, cephalic part lighter, ocular area prominent. Eyes: posterior eyes about equal in size and nearly equidistant from each other, about one diameter apart. Legs: femur black, patella and tibia red-brown, tibia IV darker than the others, tarsus and metatarsus black, leg IV with its joints white, femur IV basally white. Opisthosoma wide oval, black, glossy, with long hairs.

Body length female: 3.2 mm
Additional information

Since a few decades, this species shows some spreading tendencies within Europe. Nevertheless, it shall not be listed as alien or invasive because it is native for Europe.
